Sustainable Tourism

Since we started operating in 2009 the Drunken Monkey has catered to a range of customers and clients. Cooperate parties of large multinational business located in the Czech Republic and abroad; groups of friends looking for a weekend getaway; solo travelers on business or leisure, looking to make new friends in a warm and accepting environment.

We strongly believe that over the years the hundreds of thousands of customers we have had the pleasure of hosting would agree that we provide a safe and fun experience while helping them follow city rules and regulations. Our guides prevent visitors from aimlessly roaming the streets in an otherwise unruly and disorderly manner, all while maintaining a fun and positive atmosphere. Drunken Monkey takes pride in keeping harmony with the local community by listening to and working with our neighbors, local hostels & hotels, bars, clubs and other privately owned businesses in the area to support each other and prosper.

Prague has drastically improved in the past few years, however there are still businesses that take advantage of tourists and we hate that; it’s bad for the city’s reputation and that is bad for us. So we put together a list of suggestions below, check them out here and let us know if you have something to add.

TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND REFUND POLICY

1. Operator Information

This website and all events under the “Drunken Monkey Prague” brand are operated by:

We sell tickets directly and through authorized partners and distributors.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our chosen payment provider. You will enter your payment details on a page operated by that provider.

3. Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed when payment is made. This contract is governed by Czech law, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Czech Republic.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

‍4. Safety and Participant Responsibility

  • All participants attend events at their own risk.
  • Consumption of alcohol is at your discretion — please drink responsibly.
  • We accept no responsibility for injury, illness, or damage resulting from excessive drinking or unsafe behavior.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older. Valid government-issued ID is required.
  • Persons with medical conditions or who are pregnant are advised not to participate and must inform us of their condition before attending.

5. Tickets

  • All tickets must be purchased before participation.
  • Tickets purchased from third parties must be redeemed for a wristband at the starting venue.

6. Partner-Delivered Event Elements

Some Drunken Monkey events may be delivered in cooperation with trusted partners who provide certain elements of the experience (such as venues, entertainment, transport, food, or beverages). EVENT HORIZON s.r.o. remains your contracting party and is responsible for your booking and payment.

When a partner is involved in delivering part of an event, they are responsible for their specific services, and participants agree to follow their rules and instructions. We carefully select our partners but cannot accept liability for matters outside our direct control.

7. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Participants

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who is drunk, disorderly, aggressive, abusive, or acting in an anti-social manner. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

‍8. Indemnity

Participants agree to indemnify EVENT HORIZON s.r.o. and its staff, agents, and partners against any claims, damages, or losses caused by their actions.

9. Changes to Events

We may change or modify events without notice, including changing venues or schedules. We will aim to substitute comparable venues or services when possible.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation 7–4 calendar days before the event: 20% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation within 3 calendar days of the event: No refund.
  • If we cancel an event, we will offer a refund or replacement ticket.

11. Venue Rules

All venues reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants for any reason. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Czech law.
